It is important at the same time to acquire the ability to create solutions that maintain the right balance between what can be universal and standardized across the entire international organization, and what must take into account the local environment. As a result, the obtained knowledge and skills allow one to plan strategically, implement the HR process in the corporation wide range and carry out the international strategic controlling.

The essential element of the program content is also acquiring knowledge and skills in the scope of building the direct interpersonal relationships in a variety of international project teams, in which there is interaction between culturally diverse members.
