Cele i charakterystyka studiów

In accordance with the Regulation No. 120a / 2020 of the Rector of the UEW of August 28, 2020 - classes during the winter semester will be held ONLINE (on the MS TEAMS platform). Classes will be held in „live” module on a platform in direct on-line contact with the lecturer and full-time interactive contact with participants. All you need is a computer with Internet access.

The aim of post-graduate studies Strategic Leadership, conducted in English, is not only to provide students (especially managerial staff and leaders as well as candidates for being managers and leaders) with theoretical-practical knowledge concerning strategic leadership issues (i.e. a microfoundational perspective, strategic leadership hallmarks and complexity), yet also to exchange professional knowledge and experience. The core of the course is supported with such important issues as mindfulness in business, strategic thinking, meditation, etc.). Achieving a very high level of students' competences will be ensured by professional interactive workshops in English conducted by both scientists (Polish and foreign) and leaders from enterprises (Polish and foreign).

Warunki i sposób zaliczenia studiów

The studies are finished with taking an exam (oral one). It consists of 2 parts. The first one is individual work (open questions). The second one is teamwork.

Organizacja studiów

Classes will be conducted as workshops on Saturdays and Sundays (on the average every two weeks, hours 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) - students will receive a detailed schedule.

Some classes can be conducted remotely via live streaming. Detailed organizational information, taking into account the evolution of the epidemiological situation, will be sent before starting the studies.

Kadra dydaktyczna

The trainers are workers of Polish and foreign universities with rich scientific and training achievements as well as prominent representatives of business-not only Polish ones.

Wymagane dokumenty

• podanie o przyjęcie na studia / an application for studies
• formularz zgłoszeniowy (załącznik 1) / an application form (attachment no 1)
• oświadczenie o pokryciu kosztów (indywidualne lub od pracodawcy – załącznik 2 lub 3) / the declaration of coverage of costs (individual or from an employer - attachment no 2 or no 3)
• do wglądu - dyplom lub odpis dyplomu ukończenia studiów magisterskich, licencjackich lub inżynierskich + ksero dyplomu lub odpisu (W przypadku wysyłki dokumentów pocztą, również prosimy o załączenie oryginału dyplomu, bądź odpisu) / for inspection - a diploma of the Master's, Bachelor's or engineer's diploma + copy (in case of sending the admission documents via post, please attach the original of a diploma)
• do wglądu – dowód osobisty; (jeżeli dokumenty zostaną przesłane pocztą lub dostarczone przez osoby trzecie - zostaną Państwo poproszeni o jego okazanie w trakcie studiów) / for inspection - ID card; (if the documents are sent by the post or delivered by the third parties, you will be asked to show the ID card during your studies)
• kandydatów, posiadających zagraniczny dyplom, prosimy o zweryfikowanie, czy dyplom ten uprawnia do podjęcia studiów podyplomowych w Polsce. Potwierdzenie można uzyskać na dwa sposoby: poprzez użycie systemu KWALIFIKATOR, bądź przez złożenie w NAWA odpowiedniego wniosku. Dodatkowe informacje

Wymagana jest znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym komunikację w mowie i piśmie. Wszystkie zajęcia odbywają się w języku angielskim. / Knowledge of English is required on a level which enable to oral and written communication. All classes are conducted in English.
